I definitely can relate to the last sentence ...I believe that's very true . "Men need to hunt. She obviously understands this. She’s offering herself as prey. Not easy prey. But willing.”

Most of this is probably ok, but I find Ayn Rand to be a little too full of herself to take seriously. For example, alt is full of profiles of women who claim to be dominant in their professional lives and want nothing more than to be carried off to the bedroom where they can just surrender it all to a dominant male. This extends in numerous cases to self abasement, if their blog writings and kink lists are to be believed. Or take the sex is for self enjoyment line. Really? Where does that leave the sub who derives joy from her master's enjoyment of her and is devastated if she cannot earn his approval, or even the dom who derives immense pleasure from making his sub cum? The rest of it, absolutely! Who you sleep with is deeply revealing. Love is definitely our response to our highest values! Too critical a comment? Probably. Maybe I've been sucking up too much in my recent contributions and felt the need to add some balance so as not to appear to be "promotin' yer pussy," in the immortal words of Tony Manero in Saturday Night Fever.
