The woman who writes Ms Jay's blog is likely a great source of information on the topic; She posted a picture recently of a remarkable device that I think might be a Transformer; Whether it is also a Jet Pack I have no idea, but she can probably give you feedback few would offer.. The blog itself might answer some of your concerns; Her profile name is

Didn't wear a cage, at least so far, but kept from coming for a while at her request.

It's quite intense to let someone own and control my dick. A lot more than just deciding, myself, that I won't come.

A vicious (virtuous?) cycle because, when I think of jerking off, I remember it's not up to me anymore and this, in turn, gets me yet more aroused.

Near the end, I was having trouble sleeping due to my desperate need.

HnH.. I came across this rather interesting commentary on Chastity.. No idea how accurate it is; But I suspect it might open more questions of interest for you as I suspect you will like the results this insinuates..

I did a little research on long term chastity. Turns out there is a lot of science on the topic. My main interest were possible side effects related to wearing the device for long periods of time.

The most interesting studies actually measured brain chemistry and activity using an fMRI. When a man has an orgasm a massive amount of dopamine and oxytocin is released in the reward center of the brain. The dopamine causes intense pleasure and the oxytocin creates the “bond” between a man and a woman who copulate. Shortly after, prolactin is released to counteract the dopamine and oxytocin—to bring one down from the dopamine high—usually within an hour—presumably so the man can get back to work. The prolactin stays in a man’s system for a week or two blocking the effects of both dopamine and oxytocin—reducing his interest in both sex and bonding during that time.

Turns out men masturbate so much because they are trying to boost their dopamine levels. The irony is that while they do get a dopamine burst, they are building up prolactin which masks the effects of oxytocin (the bonding chemical). So masturbation tends to reduce a man's bond have with their partner. Not good.

Within a week of being locked the dopamine and oxytocin levels begin to increase above the baseline. The more foreplay the couple engages in during the period of time when the man is locked the higher these levels reach. Furthermore, since there is no orgasm there is no prolactin released. Every additional day the amount of dopamine and oxytocin in the brain increases. The dopamine makes him feel like he’s “almost” having an orgasm all of the time. The oxytocin makes him attentive to his partner.

Men who can stay locked for two weeks achieve “peak” pleasure. The primary health issue with long-term chastity is prostate health. Regular (at least once a month) ejaculation is necessary for prostate health. The problem is that once an orgasm is triggered prolactin is released and the two-week cycle repeats. The solution, ironically, is the so-called “ruined orgasm”. Ruined orgasms give the same dopamine and oxytocin as a regular orgasm but because, if done properly, they are “ruined” prolactin isn’t released into the brain.

The side effects of having high levels of dopamine and oxytocin are interesting—the most interesting is weight loss. Turns out the prolactin makes you hungry and depressed.
