Honestly, after years of looking at pictures of you, I've never noticed. Perhaps it's not vanity, but do you feel it keeps you from seeing your art as best you could? You didn't mention if you felt it affected your art or your ability to create. I can see where it always feeling tired would be a problem painting wise. As the kids say, girl, you do you! Whatever makes you happy is the right answer.
And dammit! I still covet your hair...

I think your slave is probably right as well. As someone who obviously knows you far better then the rest of us...well that is for you ultimately to balance. And yes another vote for the hair here as well.

it is something everybody first notice of you...thát is important

in our family we have a some sort eye thing... my sister did the operation and is very happy i am a chicken, i dont dare.
it are my eye! ahhah
