Sometimes life throws you curve balls. Thems the brakes

So of late I've been bitching about my work truck and my bosses' lack of empathy.
Well I was out and about the greater kc today when I noticed a red "brake" light come on the dashboard. You know the one that comes on when you leave the parking brake on

In this case .. That wasn't the case.
My back duel tire went flat and clipped the brake line???
Don't know how that is possible but I got a shitload of brake fluid on the ground.

I made it safe to the customers. ( thank God)

But am sitting here like an idiot waiting for the tow truck to come. I guess that is better than being in a ditch or dead.

At least you'd think the boss would be happy. No accident no one hurt. Cargo safe etc.

nope. He is the type of guy that tries to save pennies and it ends up costing him dollars

If it was him doing the driving, he would be waiting for the tow truck.

Those that can - do
Those that can't - get promoted to boss

well the ironic thing is the small shop that my boss had the truck towed to now want 1,000 dollars to replace a caliper and a rear tire..

I'm thinking I'm in the wrong business
