I think too often we use menopause as a "catch-all" for what's going wrong in a relationship. I, for one, always want to try.....find that solution. It's like peeling an onion, one layer at a time.

I'd love more info on the alll natural cure please! I'm not yet a menopause but my hormones are causing no end of issues with mood swings especially and erratic sleep patterns and hot flashes. My poor husband doesn't know how to deal All help really welcome Ta Hidds  (Please be aware, I dont always reply to comments. The thing is, also, that most women have learned ...? that their private parts make them a woman. So, when menopauze gets on the way, the have problems seeing themselfs as woman.... Their function in life is gone! being no longer able to reproduce... Also, when you have a bad or low sexual image of yourself, wich way or the other, if you dont feel comfortable in your own flesh, thát too can have a very big impact on how you emotionally react on begetting menopausel..... Their self inmage is all gone. That is big, very big, when dealing with the menopause hassle in a marriage wich is not working good, as in a vanilla relation... :when you do not adress the/a problem, then there is NO problem, vanilla style... I did not have any problems with it, i lived alone, had a lover once in a while.. I loved to hot flashes, because i was almost always very cold.. I was in my early 40s, when menopause walked in... I was actually very, very happy! No more periods ! Yes!! It was an end of an era! The dryness, i used lub, lots of lub, that did the trick. There is a lot to find on the W W W.... it is all there, herbal useage, farmaceutica.
