As the name states this is a group for Dominants only. The purpose of which is to provide a forum for the mentoring and development of Dominant people. To obtain membership in this group, you must be open to not only give advice, but to take it as well. This group has come into being because there is a shortage of knowledgeable Dominants in the western region of the Phoenix area. The cause for this epidemic problem is that the inexperienced Dominants feel to proud to ask for help and the experienced Dominants are only willing to "mentor" submissives. The result of this is that the submissives in this region are unfulfilled and moreover are moving from the region. The only cure for this epidemic is for the Dominants of the region to come together and share information and ideas.
