Hello. You have stumbled upon my profile and I hope you will enjoy your visit. To that end, I will endeavor to provide you with some information about myself.
I am a 42 year old male who identifies as straight(ish) but is open to trying new things. I am a usually a Dom (or at least Dom-ish) but I have never been afraid to explore the submissive side of kink. I have been interested in and have been pursuing kinky things since I was 19 and I have had many wonderful experiences since my journey began.
I am happily married to a beautiful, and beautifully kinky, woman whom I hope and plan to be with long after we rig our bed in the nursing home with chains and tie points. I love her deeply and cannot imagine a more perfect person for me.
My wife and I both love new experiences and have decided to have an ‘open’ marriage or to be what some describe as ‘swingers’ or 'poly'. What this means for us is that we seek out other people with whom to develop relationships, sexual, romantic, or otherwise, either as a couple or individuals. We play together and we play separately. We are looking to learn, experience, and have fun.
I have a job and career that I enjoy and that, thankfully, leaves me with enough time to enjoy other aspects of life. I enjoy outdoor activities like bike riding, hiking, and running. I also enjoy watching movies and playing games (board and video). I enjoy reading and sleeping in. What I truly enjoy the most is learning new things. It does not matter what I learn, and although I find some subjects more interesting than others, I will always attempt to learn new things.
I am an introvert. So it may seem like I am anti-social, especially in large groups, but that is not the case. I am witty, clever, a joy to talk to, humorous, and nothing but modest. In one-on-one, or two-on-two, conversations (the kind that I prefer) I am an engaged and eager participant, provided however, that we have something about which to talk. I do not like wasting time on banalities and idle chit-chat.
Now, before you invest any more time and effort reading my profile or getting to know me, please know that I HAVE HERPES. I HAVE THE HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS-2, OR HSV-2, OR GENITAL HERPES. Please excuse my bluntness and the caps but I do not want to waste anyone’s time nor have anyone waste my time because they fail to read my entire profile, start communicating and building a relationship with me, find out about the herpes later (because I never risk spreading the disease without a conversation), and then not want to have anything to do with me. I would prefer that you first get to know what makes me, me, and that you judge me by who I am as a whole person rather than by what is a small part of me. However, disappointing past experiences have convinced me that putting the fact that I have herpes out there early is the safest course of action. I am open and honest about the fact that I have herpes and I am willing to talk about it and answer any questions that you may have about it. I recommend going to WebMD or the website for the CDC; these sites have good, non-bias information about herpes and provides answers to the most commonly asked questions.
There are other facts and tidbits about me that I will be happy to share if you care to communicate and I am happy to answer questions that will let you learn more about me. I may not be perfect, but I am real so let's see where things go from here.
